• Two-guest minimum

• Available in San Juan, Condado, Isla Verde, Santurce, Carolina, Loíza, Cayey, Coamo, Salinas, Santa Isabel, Juana Díaz, Ponce, Coto Laurel, and Playa Santa.

• Additional travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.

• A deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Payment Policy

• Appointments booked more than 72 hours in advance require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date and time.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

• Appointments booked within 72 hours of the requested appointment date require 100% payment at the time of booking.

• Same-day and emergency appointments require full prepayment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All deposits and payments are 100% non-refundable.

• Once your appointment is reserved, your date and time are exclusively held for your party.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or changes after payment has been received.

Same-Day & Emergency Appointments

• Same-day appointments may be available based on technician availability and cannot be guaranteed.

• Emergency appointments are subject to availability.

• A $100 Emergency Service Fee applies per guest.

Travel & Arrival

• A two-guest minimum is required for all Concierge appointments.

• Additional travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.

• Clients are responsible for providing the correct property address, hotel or Airbnb name, room or unit number, gate codes, parking instructions, and any other necessary access details before the appointment.

• If our team experiences delays due to incorrect or incomplete location information, the time required to locate your property will be deducted from your scheduled appointment time.

Service Policies

• Existing gel polish removal is included with The Bellini Spa Experience.

• Removal of acrylic, builder gel, hard gel, Gel-X, dip powder, or other nail enhancements is $20.

• Existing lash extension removal is $35.

• Clients should be ready at their scheduled appointment time. Delays in client readiness may reduce the available service time.

Gratuity

• Gratuity is not included in Concierge pricing and is always appreciated.
